By submitting Content to NetXFilms, you confirm that:
You are the rightful owner of the Content or have full legal permission to submit it.
The Content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
You grant NetXFilms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Review, screen, and evaluate your Content
Store your Content securely on our systems
Use preview materials (such as trailers, posters, or clips) for internal review or platform consideration

Submission of Content does not guarantee acceptance, distribution, or publication.
NetXFilms reserves the right to accept or reject any submission at its discretion.
Only selected Content will proceed to licensing or distribution discussions.
You retain full ownership of your Content at all times.
NetXFilms does not claim ownership of your submitted films unless a separate written agreement is signed.
All submitted Content is treated as confidential during review.
We will not publicly share your full film without your permission.
However, you agree that preview materials (trailers, posters, teasers) may be used internally for evaluation purposes.
